Soy Sauce Noodles

½ lb noodles 1T coarse garlic
2 T soy sauce ½ lb thin beef or chicken
1 T dark soy or molasses 5 cups fresh spinach
1 tsp salt ½ cup beef or chicken broth
2 T oil 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Soften noodles in large saucepan in boiling water. Remove at once and let stand for 5 minutes until soft. Stir occasionally, drain and rinse. Set aside in bowl.

In small bowl stir soy sauces and salt. Mix well. Heat pan over medium-high heat, add 2 T oil, swirl to coat. Add garlic, mix well.

Add meat, mix well. Add spinach, cook 1-2 minutes. Add noodles.
