Noodles for Everyday

8 oz Chinese egg noodles or Angel hair pasta
3 thinly sliced scallions
2 tsp Asian sesame oil
½ tsp salt

Bring large pot of water to boil with pinch of salt for flavor. Add noodles and stir. Cook for 6-8 minutes stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse with cool water and drain again.

Place noodles in bowl and add scallions, oil and salt. Mix well.
