Blueberry Coffee Cake

3 C. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 C. sugar

Add:
1/2 C. butter
2 eggs
1 C. milk
1 tsp vanilla

Beat well. Fold in 3 cups of blueberries (I just added the whole bag of frozen blueberries - I toss them in some flour before adding the mixture). Spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan.

TOPPING:

4 T. soft butter
1 C. brown sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 T. flour
2/3 C. chopped nuts (optional)

Blend together until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over batter. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes (or maybe even a little longer). While still warm, drizzle with powdered sugar frosting.

POWDERED SUGAR FROSTING

1/2 stick butter, cap full of vanilla, add enough powdered sugar and milk to get to the consistancy that you want.
