Cooking oil 1 teaspoon salt
4 cups cooked rice 1 cup cooked meat – diced chicken, stew meat, diced ham
½ onion, chopped ½ cup to 1 cup cilantro, chopped
2 gloves garlic, chopped 3 scallions, chopped
While rice is cooking chop vegetables. Heat fry pan with oil on high, be careful not to burn oil. Saute onion, garlic and salt for about 2 minutes, stirring often. Put meat in pan and heat for additional 2 minutes. Put cooked rice in pan and stir thoroughly for about 2 minutes. Put cilantro and scallions in pan and stir throughout rice.
